Bahria College is looking to fill the following key roles across its Primary, Middle, and Secondary/Higher Secondary wings:
1. Vice Principal
- Qualification: MS/MPhil (preferably in English or Mathematics).
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in the same capacity.
- Preference: Candidates with a Cambridge system background.
2. Subject Specialist Teachers (Secondary/Higher Secondary Level)
- Subjects: Chemistry & Computer Science
- Qualification: BS/MS/MSc in the relevant subject.
- Experience: 2-3 years of teaching experience.
- Scale: Bahria College Pay Scale 17
- Preference: Candidates holding B.Ed/M.Ed degrees.

3. Subject Specialist Teachers (Primary & Middle Wing)
- Subjects: Art, Computer Science, Mathematics, & Islamiyat
- Qualification: BS/MS/MSc in the relevant subject.
- Experience: 2-3 years of teaching experience.
- Scale: Bahria College Pay Scale 16
- Preference: Candidates holding B.Ed/M.Ed degrees.
4. Montessori Teachers
- Qualification: BA/BSc/BS with an ECCE Diploma or Montessori Diploma.
- Scale: Bahria College Pay Scale 15
5. Information Technology Officer (ITC)
- Qualification: BS/MS in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Scale: Bahria College Pay Scale 16/17
