Important Terms & Conditions
- Domicile: Only candidates with a domicile of Punjab Province are eligible.
- Nature of Appointment: Appointments will be made on a contract basis under the Contract Appointment Policy 2004, initially for 03 years, extendable based on good performance.
- Application: Candidates must apply online through the National Testing Service (NTS).
- NTS Requirement: Candidates must score at least 50% marks in the NTS test to qualify. The department reserves the right to adjust shortlisting criteria if needed.
- Separate Applications: A candidate applying for more than one post must submit separate applications and fees for each.
- Government Employees: Those already in government service must apply through the proper channel.
- Original Documents: Shortlisted candidates must provide original documents and attested copies during scrutiny/interview.
- Quota & Age Relaxation: Will be observed as per the Punjab Government’s Recruitment Policy, 2022.
- No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided for the test or interview.

- Online Registration: Candidates must apply online by visiting the NTS website: www.nts.org.pk after the advertisement is published in the newspaper.
- Application Package: After online registration, submit the following via courier to the NTS address mentioned on the application form:
- Duly filled application form (printed after online submission).
- Original paid fee deposit slip (in favor of National Testing Service).
- Copy of CNIC.
- Two recent passport-size photographs.
- Attested photocopies of all relevant documents (degrees, diplomas, domicile, experience certificates).
- Application Deadline: The last date for submission of the complete application to NTS is January 20, 2026.
- Test Information: The date of the written test and roll number slips will be communicated by NTS through its website. Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
