General Eligibility Criteria & Important Instructions
Prospective candidates must carefully review the following terms and conditions before applying:
- Academic Requirements: Where a 1st Division is required, only one 2nd Division (with ≥50% marks) in the entire academic career from Matric onward is acceptable. No 3rd Division is allowed. A 1st Division/CGPA of 3.0/4.0 or 60% marks is mandatory.
- Degree Recognition: All degrees must be from HEC/PEC/PNC/Board of Technical Education or other Government-recognized institutions. O/A-Level and Foreign Degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate from IBCC or HEC, respectively.
- Age Limit: The general age limit is 18 to 35 years as of 29th December 2025. Relaxation is applicable for Government Servants/Ex-Servicemen as per rules.
- Application Limit: Candidates can apply for only one station (either Islamabad or Karachi).
- Government Employees: Those currently employed must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the test/interview.
