Position Breakdown

1. Director – Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) – BPS-20

  • Role: Lead the university’s quality assurance initiatives, oversee accreditation processes, and ensure compliance with HEC quality standards.
  • Qualification: Ph.D. in Quality Assurance, Educational Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Experience: 10 years in teaching/administration at BPS-17 or above in a university/HEI.

2. Director – Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization (ORIC) – BPS-20

  • Role: Drive research culture, facilitate innovation, manage commercialization of university research, and build industry linkages.
  • Qualification: Ph.D. from HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: 10 years in teaching/administration at BPS-17 or above in a university/HEI.

3. Provost – BPS-19

  • Role: Oversee student affairs, hostel management, discipline, and campus life activities.
  • Qualification: 16 years of education (Master’s degree) from HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: 12 years in administration at BPS-17 or above in a university/HEI.

4. Assistant Registrar – Admin – BPS-17

  • Role: Support registrar office functions, manage administrative processes, records, and university documentation.
  • Qualification: 16 years education in HRM, Public Administration, or relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience.

5. Medical Officer (Male) – BPS-17

  • Role: Provide primary healthcare services to students, faculty, and staff at the university’s health center.
  • Qualification: MBBS or equivalent recognized by PMDC.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience.

6. General Physician (Female) – BPS-17

  • Role: Provide medical consultation and healthcare services specifically for female students and staff.
  • Qualification: MBBS or equivalent recognized by PMDC.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience.

7. Accounts Officer – BPS-17

  • Role: Manage university financial operations, budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Qualification: 16 years education in Finance/Accounting (BBA/MBA/BS/ACCA/ICMA).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience.

8. Assistant Accounts Officer – BPS-16

  • Role: Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, financial record maintenance, and reporting.
  • Qualification: 14 years education in Finance/Accounting/Commerce.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience.

Application Fee Structure

Important Guidelines

  1. Proper Channel for Government Employees: Candidates already serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous bodies must apply through proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer along with the application.
  2. No Late or Incomplete Applications: Late or incomplete applications shall not be considered. All documents (degrees, certificates, NOC, references) must be submitted/uploaded with the application.
  3. Fictitious Information: Providing fictitious, exaggerated, or misleading information shall result in rejection of the application and termination of employment at any stage.
