- Educational Requirement: Only one 2nd Division allowed in entire educational career. No 3rd Division permitted. Minimum requirement is 2.5 CGPA.

- Nature of Posts: Temporary but likely to continue indefinitely. Appointment may be on CPF or PF basis.
